A psychiatric patient's escape incident occurred in Los Angeles. Since Mulder was investigating other incidents, Scully went alone there. The general hospital near the incident spot. Scully investigated to the inspector of a mental hospital. They said that they were thrown to the Big Man. Often, Man can take out big power in an emergency. But a Big Man's destructive power was over Scully's experience. However, Scully had to believe. The injury of inspectors had supported the rightness of their talk. Scully gave her name to the doctor whose arm was injured. The doctor was treating the escaped female patient. Doctor got angry. "Who called FBI?" Scully shook her head. A female patient is the criminal of some bombings. Naturally FBI participates in this investigation. There is nothing that Scully should do until a Big Man is caught by police inspection of the local police. Scully who became mortifying bit her lip. Night time, The criminal-investigation room. The photograph which a shopper took by chance at the shopping mall. The Big Man in a photograph was predicted to have helped a female patient's disappearance. Scully looked at a Big Man's figure. The Big Man's appearance differed from the conventional The X-Files "criminal." Big Man has caused large explosion by the car chase, after crashing into glass. Even if Big Man had greatest physical strength, in only Big Man, Scully thought that Big Man could not cause these incidents. One more person should be concerned with the these incidents. Scully observed the *one policeman*. *He* disappeared with the big man. Scully thought that the hint of these incidents was in John Connor's house. He is a female patient's son. Scully made the rental car run to the way of the Los Angeles suburbs. A dark and quiet residential street. She was hungry. Scully remembered the sunflower seed which Mulder likes. //I want food very much.// Scully smiled bitterly at the cry from her belly. When she concentrates consciousness on an advance place again. The one man was standing in the center of the way. He was merely standing. He did not have the signs which avoid a car. Scully stepped on the brake as hard as possible. Intense brake sound.
