We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.
USPS Delivery Confirmation is only available with Priority Mail and Express Mail.
Your items are shipped within one week after payment is received.
Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your package if you are in the continental US of A.
**Note: On large quanity DVD/Script orders, please allow extra time to prepare your order.

UPS Shipping
You may request that your package be sent to you via UPS in order to get a tracking number. Your shipment will be sent via UPS Ground and can take up to 3-4 business days depending on your location. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, unless specified and there is an additional fee. You may request Next Day and 2nd Day air services, but please note that these are more expensive.
We DO NOT send via UPS to international locations except for Canada (telephone number is required and please note that on orders over $20 there may be a brokerage fee on the receiving end). Please refer to Rates For Custom Clearance Into Canada for more information on UPS fees.
UPS can only ship to physical street address, NO P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
It is recommended to ship via UPS on orders $50 or more, or if you don't trust the U.S. Postal Service. With UPS you get $100 insurance and all standard shipping and a tracking number to track your package while it is in transit. On orders $100 or more, you can request extra insurance.
Your items will not be sent to you until the payment is received (and if you pay via PayPal we will wait until payment is confirmed and has gone through). We will e-mail you the day that we send your item(s) in the mail.
We Package With Care!
We garantee that your items will be packed with care before shipping. Our packing aliens have over 4 years experience and we put that to use here at the SoX Shop!
Script Packaging: Your script(s) will be packed in a bubble mailer and secured in a tear proof/water proof tyvek envelope. For larger orders, scripts are securly packaged in boxes.
DVD Packaging: DVDs are stored in paper sleeves and securly packaged in media mailers, small CD/DVD boxes, and for larger orders (25+) are sent in plastic containers secured with packaging peanuts and/or bubble wrap in strong corrugated shipping boxes.
Books: Books of thinner/lighter weight are packaged in bubble mailers and secured in a tear proof/water proof tyvek envelope. Books of greater thickness/weight/multiple books are packaged in a strong corrugated shipping box with bubble wrap and packaging peanuts.
Magazines: Single magazines are shipped in a plastic sleeve with cardboard inserts, in a bubble mailer and secured in a tear proof/water proof tyvek envelope. Multiple magazine orders will be shipped in a strong corrugated shipping box.
Photos: Photos are shipping in strong photo mailers, marked "Do Not Bend" and are further secured in a tear proof/water proof tyvek envelope.
Trading Cards: Base sets are secured in plastic boxes, shipped in strong corrugated shipping boxes and are surrounded by packaging peanuts. For an additional charge of $5, you may request that your base set be sent in the binder sleeves (binders not included). Binder sleeves will be shipped in bubble mailers with cardboard inserts and secured in a tear proof/water proof tyvek envelope and marked "Do Not Bend". Individual cards are packaged in thick plastic sleeves, and shipped in bubble mailers and marked "Do Not Bend".
